Suffolk is a popular place to come for a break to enjoy the sun, take in the seaside and local walks and to enjoy our wonderful fresh, local food.

And if you are missing your regular yoga sessions that’s something we can offer too!  It’s difficult to keep up a regular yoga practice when you are away from home.  But you don’t need to miss out!  We offer one to one yoga sessions at the Natural Health Centre in Woodbridge so you can relax, knowing that your regular practice doesn’t need to go on pause!

Tailored hatha yoga sessions are designed for you, so you can:

  • Tackle more difficult poses
  • Learn techniques to help you breathe well and relax
  • Get started with yoga, ready to join a class when you return home
  • Learn a simple practice you can enjoy while you are with us in Suffolk
  • Improve your posture and sense of wellbeing

Izzy Ixer is our British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga teacher and with over 30 years’ experience of teaching she will devise a plan to suit you and guide you through it.  Izzy says: “I believe that yoga is for everyone and there are different aspects of a yoga practice which are relevant for each stage of your life.  I love seeing my clients relax during their practice and leave feeling energised and refreshed!”

A standard yoga session is one hour long – 30 minute and 90 minute sessions are also available.

Located in the heart of the ever-popular town of Woodbridge the Natural Health Centre is surrounded by independent shops and art galleries with plenty of choice for light refreshments or lunch and scenic walks by the river Deben.

Izzy is available on Thursday mornings and at other times by arrangement.
