Personal Development Coach

Helping you unlock your potential and make positive change

Emma Flint
Professional Coach (Institute of Leadership and Management)

I am a member of EMCC and I subscribe to EMCC’s Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org).

I am a coach because I love to help people thrive and achieve their goals.  Through coaching I can support you to work through issues, set goals, identify opportunities and become more resilient.  Issues bought to coaching are many and varied but can include those such as a change in career direction, managing competing priorities, leadership or confidence.

As your coach I will:

  • support your development by helping you to set goals and learn new ways of thinking
  • hold you accountable in achieving your goals
  • listen to you and really hear what you are saying
  • provide you with a safe, confidential space in which you can explore your thoughts and ideas without judgement

I see clients either in person or virtually. As a coach I encourage you to try ‘coaching in nature’ (coaching whilst walking outdoors).  Alongside being beneficial for your wellbeing, being coached in nature provides you with many benefits such as more relaxed & inspired conversations, space to reflect and gain clarity and the ability to help you to reconnect with your values, vision and nature.

A coaching programme lasts between 3-6 months during which time we would meet every 3 weeks.

Testimonials:

‘I shall forever be grateful to you and the coaching in nature – wonderful. I never knew I had so much to say’

‘I would highly recommend the services of ecological coach as a golden asset to assist you on your journey. Whatever that may be, Emma will help you read the map’.

I work on a no obligation basis, so please give me a call today for a chat about what you’d like to achieve and to see if I am the right coach for you.

Reiki

The method of receiving Reiki is simple. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits in a chair and relaxes.  The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body.  There is no massage or manipulation.  The whole person is treated rather than specific areas. Sessions can take 45 minutes to an hour-and-a-half, depending on the client’s needs.

Reiki practitioners are not trained in diagnosis and will not predict any specific outcome from treatment.  If people are concerned about their symptoms they should see a doctor.

What do Reiki treatments feel like?

Each person experiences Reiki differently depending on their individual needs at the time.

Clients may or may not feel sensations during a Reiki treatment. Benefits reported by recipients include deep relaxation promoting a calm, peaceful sense of well being on all levels. Some people feel sensations of heat, tingling, or experience seeing colours, whilst others can have an emotional response, indicating that shifts are taking place, allowing harmony to be restored.
