Hi, my name is Steve Fawdry. I’m a therapist and health coach. Since 2007, I have helped hundreds of children, teenagers, and adults globally to successfully resolve health conditions like tiredness, exhaustion, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, anxiety, chronic pain and more recently, long covid.
My work with clients has been featured in the Ipswich Star, EADT, Independent Online and the Mail Online. I am a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
If you are experiencing either unexplained symptoms, a fluctuation in symptom levels, or have tried different treatments without success, then it’s very likely that I can help you.
On my unique treatment programme, you will learn a set of powerful strategies and proven techniques that reinstate healthy connections between your brain and body. Not only will you learn how to get well and stay well, but importantly, you will learn skills for life.

What my clients are saying:
“I’m now back to cycling five times a week and fitting in the gym where I can. I’d say my health is a 9/10. I recently went on my longest ride ever – 100 miles around Scotland. I’m at college doing my A-levels and I go out when I want. Long Covid is no longer dictating what I do.”
Aaron (aged 17)
“I felt better after the first session, and while there have been moments since completing the programme that I have slipped back into overdoing it or overthinking, I have the skills to get myself back on track. I can deescalate the worry thoughts and it’s helping me to stay well. I can go on our family walks around the local area again, and I’m back out paddle boarding on the River Severn. These days I tell everyone I meet about Steve!”
Alice (aged 42, who was struggling with chronic fatigue and long covid)
