Yoga One to One

Yoga is beneficial for a wide range of health issues bringing posture, breath work and relaxation together into a complete and
meditative experience.

Trish Dent

If you have a specific musclo-skeletal problem that’s impacting your wellbeing, one-to-one exercise sessions could be the answer. During sessions you will be given exercises, techniques and a programme to address your problem. I’ll make certain that you know how to do your exercises with ease and without injury.
A short series of sessions is advised so I can ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly. Alternatively, if you practice Yoga or Pilates and would like to improve your practice, let’s have a chat about how I may help you.

Izzy Ixer

Izzy discovered Yoga as a teenager and after several years’ study she gained the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma. With over 40 years’ teaching experience she has worked with groups and with people of all ages and loves helping others to discover the positive effects of Hatha Yoga.

As an ILM qualified coach and mentor, Izzy is able to bring a coaching style to Yoga sessions, encouraging her students to develop their own understanding of Yoga and how it works for them.

To maintain her professional development Izzy works with Yoga specialists Peter Blackaby and Zoe Knott and in 2017 gained the Yoga Sports Science Foundation qualification for Yoga for Athletes at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. She works with the Ipswich Triathlon Club, helping them to improve their performance and manage injuries.
